Bristol Harlequins RFC is pleased to announce that our Annual General Meeting (AGM) will take place on Friday, 11th July 2025. This is an important opportunity for players, members, and supporters to come together, reflect on the past season, and discuss the future direction of the club.

The AGM is a key event in our calendar, providing members with the chance to voice opinions, contribute ideas, and participate in club decisions. We encourage all those with a vested interest in the club to attend.

Voting Eligibility

Please note that only fully paid members are eligible to vote at the AGM. Family memberships are entitled to one vote per membership.

We look forward to seeing as many members as possible at Valhalla on the night. Your input is invaluable in shaping the future of Bristol Harlequins RFC
