Bristol Harlequins RFC would like to extend a final reminder to all members regarding our upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM), taking place this Saturday, 12th July 2025.

Details of the event are as follows:

🕑 Meeting Start: Promptly at 14:00
🎉 Post-Meeting Event: Free Family Fun Day for all attendees and their families

The AGM is a key date in the club calendar, providing full club members with an opportunity to:

• Discuss the club’s performance over the past year, both on and off the field

• Share feedback and suggestions to support the ongoing development of the club

• Vote on the appointment of individuals to key roles within the committee and wider club structure

• Hear updates from club officials and plans for the forthcoming season

Participation at the AGM ensures that every member has a voice in shaping the direction and future success of Bristol Harlequins RFC. Following the conclusion of the meeting, we warmly invite all attendees and their families to stay and enjoy our Free Family Fun Day – an afternoon designed to celebrate our vibrant club community.

Please note: Only full club members are eligible to stand for nomination and to vote during the AGM.
