Bristol Harlequins RFC can confirm that Iain Grieve will step down from his position as Head Coach at the end of the current 2024/25 season.

Since joining the club, Iain has brought a wealth of experience, professionalism, and passion to his role, helping to develop not only our senior squad but also contributing to the wider rugby culture at Bristol Harlequins. His leadership on and off the field has been a key part of the club's recent progress and ambitions for the future.

The decision to step down has been made by mutual agreement and with full support from the club committee. Iain remains a respected member of the Harlequins family, and we are incredibly grateful for everything he has given to the club during his tenure.

A personal message from Iain to the players, supporters, and wider club community can be found at the end of this statement.

We would like to place on record our heartfelt thanks to Iain for his commitment, integrity, and energy throughout his time with us. We wish him all the best in his next chapter—both in rugby and beyond.

The club will now begin the process of recruiting a new Head Coach ahead of the 2025/26 season, and further updates will be provided in due course.
