There’s a busy and exciting period ahead at Quins, with plenty happening both on the pitch and around the clubhouse as we head deeper into the season.
Senior training continues every Tuesday and Thursday evening at 7pm, providing the perfect opportunity for players to sharpen their skills, build momentum and prepare for the upcoming run of fixtures. New players are always welcome, with training sessions designed to suit all experience levels.
League action returns to Valhalla on Saturday 24th January with a double-header afternoon of rugby. The 2nd XV host Yate II in a rearranged fixture, before the 1st XV take to the field against Winscombe II. It promises to be a great day of rugby and a chance for supporters to back both sides at home.
Off the pitch, the Quins Arrows continue their darts campaign with a home match against local rivals Hungerford on Sunday 25th January, before returning again on Sunday 15th February to face New Found Out. Both evenings kick off at 7pm and are always popular social nights at the club.
Rugby fans can also look forward to further league action on Saturday 31st January, when the 1st XV host Nailsea & Backwell II in another rearranged league fixture at Valhalla.
Rounding off a packed calendar, Quins will be hosting a Traitors Night on Saturday 21st February. The evening will feature missions, secret “murders”, round table votes and plenty of twists and drama throughout. Entry is £10, with a cash prize on offer, and spaces are limited — supporters are encouraged to message the club early to secure their place.
With rugby, darts and social events all coming up, there’s something for everyone at Quins over the next few weeks. We look forward to welcoming players, supporters and friends down to Valhalla soon.
